Master Ed Gnad is fortunate to be assisted by a team of teachers – many of whom were or still are his students! As a  5th degree black belt, Master Gnad imparts the wisdom he gained obtaining this rank during Kids’ Karate Classes, Adult Fitness Kickboxing & Karate, and our After-School and Summer Camp programs.  Students learn basic self-defense techniques, advanced  Karate strikes, and they get in great shape with our Fitness Kickboxing Classes. As a new student, you will certainly have a lot to look forward to.
